We embrace the use of psychometric profiling and 360° feedback to inform coaching conversations. Psychometric profiling can accelerate the development of self awareness and self belief, whilst 360° feedback gives clients the opportunity to take stock of how they are perceived by others.

Our favourite psychometric tool was developed for the US military to highlight the difference between fighter pilots and commercial airline pilots. We use it to: help individual clients understand and harness their behavioural strengths and motivational needs; identify team strengths and challenges around communication, decision making, taking risk, solving problems and connecting with each other; help individuals and teams create roles and goals that will enable them to become more effective, productive and satisfied.
