Dara McCANN

Dara has over 20 years experience developing people at work through coaching, mentoring, talent management, leadership development and as a proactive HR practitioner.

Dara is a fellow of the CIPD and before founding Expand, was the HR Director for the Institute for International Research, then Europe & Asia Pacific HR Director for Carlson Marketing Group.

Dara is a perceptive coach who is good at getting to the heart of the issue whilst maintaining a helicopter view of personal and organisational goals. She works with senior executives in corporate companies and the professional services sector.

Jason Dawn

Following an early career as a marketing agency client services director, Jason worked as a marketing manager for an international food retailer and then had a spell working as a marketing consultant, where he found himself acting informally as a coach. He took up coaching full time after completing the Henley Management College certificate in coaching.

Jason is a fresh and innovative executive coach. He focuses on supporting business leaders in the marketing, media and creative industries and developing corporate leadership talent.
